Booking Your Cruise
E & M E Gill Ltd trading as Gill's Cruise Centre endeavour to ensure all passengers complete satisfaction in making their cruise holiday arrangements, however it is understood that Gill's Cruise Centre is acting on your behalf and it is therefore necessary to make a few normal conditions, as follows:
ABTA Protection
E & M E Gill Ltd trading as Gill's Cruise Centre is a member of ABTA with membership number 31649. As such we are fully bonded according to ABTA's rules and abide by ABTA's Code of Conduct. ABTA protection applys to services supplied by E & ME Gill Ltd trading as Gill's Cruise Centre but does not apply to services featured on this website that are provided by any company that is not a member of ABTA.
Liability
All bookings accepted by Gill's Cruise Centre and arrangements made are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the principals. The Principals are the cruise operators and the airlines. All tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by Gill's Cruise Centre in their capacity as Retail Agents for ATOL Holders, upon the express condition that Gill's Cruise Centre is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever, or any cause beyond Gill's Cruise Centre's control shall be occasioned by Gill's Cruise Centre or any of its officials, agents or representatives. The total liability of Gill's Cruise Centre shall not exceed the total payment received from the client in respect of any booking.
Payment
Payment will be required as per the booking conditions of the Principal. The exact payment requirements for your chosen cruise operator will be advised at the time of booking.
If, after a deposit is taken, the balance is not paid by the designated time, Gill's Cruise Centre reserve the right, after due notice to the client, to cancel the booking and all deposits and assurances will be forfeited. Any charge imposed by the principal to cancel the booking, will be the liability of the customer.
Cancellation
Any booking cancellation must be made to Gill's Cruise Centre in writing, by Recorded Delivery. We cannot accept cancellation by telephone. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive them. Upon receipt we will contact the relevant cruise operator to ascertain the relevant charges. You will then be liable for those charges.
Credit & Debit Card charges
If you are paying by credit card, an additional charge of 2.5% will be levied.
Administration Fee
An administration fee will be applicable to all new bookings.

Prices quoted throughout this site are subject to change and the services offered subject to availability
Gill's Price Promise
We are so convinced that our prices won't be beaten we are able to provide a promise to you – The Gills Cruise Centre Price Promise. You can book confidently with Gills Cruise Centre knowing that if you should find an identical cruise package available through any high street travel agency or cruise retailer within 24 hours of booking we'll refund the difference.
Terms & Conditions - The offer applies to the current price of the cruise offered by a High Street Agency or Retailer or a Cruise Operator featured by Gills Cruise Centre. The offer applies to cruises costing £499 or more per person and for bookings with a minimum of 2 full fare paying passengers. Cruise means the identical cruise package: departure date, flight, type of cabin and meal basis provided in a single booking by the same cruise operator. The offer is subject to written verification of the other Travel Agent or Cruise Retailers quote. You the customer, may need to provide written confirmation of this on the agents letter headed paper to Gills Cruise Centre within 24 hours of making your booking. Gills Cruise Centre holds the right to contact the Travel Agent or Retailer to verify the information and will aim to contact the customer the same working day. Gills Cruise Centre will only provide the Price Guarantee facility on one booking only. The offer is only available for one booking per household Gills Cruise Centre reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer / promotion / discount provided by Gills Cruise Centre.
Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out a fully comprehensive insurance which will give adequate cover against Medical Expenses, Personal Accident, Cancellation, Curtailment, Baggage, Personal Effects and Money.
Visas, Vaccinations and Passports
Passengers are personally responsible far any Visas, Vaccinations and Passports that will be required to travel. We would strongly recommend visiting the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for all the latest travel, health and VISA information if you are traveling to a destination outside the EU or the World Travel Guide. It is especially important to check in plenty of time before your holiday, if you are visiting a country for which inoculations are recommended or required, the Department of Health provides this information. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to obtain visas and to make sure you have a passport with at least 6 months validity on it.
