Boudicca

Boudicca
Fred olsen is pleased to introduce the Boudicca, as she joins our Fred Olsen Cruise Lines fleet in February 2006.Adding a fourth ship is very exciting for us all, and we offer a hearty thank you to all our regular passengers who have helped make this possible.
In contrast to her sister ship, Black Watch, our new addition will have an English theme, named Boudicca after the controversial Iceni warrior queen. The combination of a familiar, spacious layout with wonderful new dcor themes promises a gracious yet very personable cruise experience.
During her refit commencing in October 2005, Fred Olsen will not only reconstruct the ships public rooms, but also add many new balcony cabins and suites. New engines and propulsion equipment will allow faster, smoother sailing, and take the ship ahead of environmental requirements. The inaugural season will see Boudicca venture far and wide from her Dover base. Early highlights include an opportunity to visit the Caribbeans vibrant islands on a 28 night voyage, a chance to explore the verdant Azores, visit Finnish Lapland on a specially extended Baltic tour, or the historic sites of Libya in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Whenever and wherever you choose to sail , all the staff aboard and ashore will be at your service welcome aboard!
