I was very apprehensive when I first booked our cruise with the Sea Princess as I have always sailed with Carnival. This holiday exceeded my expectations and the cruise ship was brilliant. Myself and my partner are early twenties and we went with my parents who are retired and we never saw each other. Cruise started off being taken from our plane on tarmac at Barbados to a air-conditioned bus straight to the port(Fantastic after a 9hrs flight) the only down fall was we were kept waiting on the bus for about an hour. The ship was beautiful and well decorated and our cabin was an inside one but very spacious. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and drinks (alcoholic type) were pricey but we only drank on the night time so was worth it. I would recommend during the day buying a soda fountain card so u can have free coke, lemonade, fanta ect for free as that’s what can be costly. Weather was beautiful for the whole 2 weeks we were away. Overall this cruise was fantastic. Don’t always believe the bad reviews you read go with an open mind and you will find that you made the right choice with Sea Princess.
