Our first cruise and what a fantastic experience it turned out to be. From the moment we arrived at Southampton Docks the service we received was second to none. The embarkation process, compared to the endless waiting at airports, was a revelation, totally slick and trouble free. On board ship we found every member of staff, irrespective of nationality, to be extremely pleasant and helpful.
On board entertainment was good, however we feel there is room for improvement. Organised excursions were very highly priced, but we were able, at some ports of call, to make our own arrangements without any difficulties.
We will definitely be taking another cruise and it will certainly be with Princess.
