The cruise experience was fantastic from the restaurants and bars offering good service, the tours desk with great excursions to the shops where I spent alot of my money. The staff were great with me as there was not much younger people at my age group they made my holiday and chatting to Neil the Assistant Manager, I'm considering applying to work for P&O. No complaints what so ever. Everyone made my parents and myself feel very welcome indeed, especially the Picadilly shop where every night I'd go in just to say hi!
