This was our first cruise and we went on the recommendation of friends who came with us on this holiday. We found the staff, food and entertainment excellent. I have a walking problem and was a bit concerned about the tendering but everyone was so very helpful and the overall security was second to none. Our only "gripes" were the gratuities expected of us and the endless photographers at every port. Our other moan was that we docked in Civitevecchia on a sunday and found that although it was so easy to get to Rome by train, only 9 euro each return, the Sistene Chapel was closed on this day. All this said we are going to book on this ship again as it was brilliant and well worth the money. We have rated below the faciities we used
