The staff were excellent. The food in the buffet was not kept hot - quite often the vegetables were cold and we felt that the food could have been better laid out as you had to go from side to side to select your food which entailed manoeuvring between other passengers. The desserts were not varied - the same cakes all the time.
Passengers would leave towels or items on the sunbeds which stopped other people from using them and then some would not come back to them even though notices stated that beds could only be left unattended for 30mins - the deck attendants did not police this which meant that more often than not we were unable to use these beds. Some extra tables and chairs on the promenade deck and sunbeds would be an advantage.
Princess would not be our first choice but if a cruise came up for a destination(and good pricing), that we wanted to go to then we would book.
