Having cruised 3 times in the last year on the Thompson Spirt I have only 1 complaint. Why do they advertise open seating in the Compass Rose when you go in and tables are reserved for the same people every night? I believe this is so the waiters can work on getting tips at the end of the cruise!!!Sometimes you do not want a formal evening meal,but when you do go in you expect to be treated like everyone else not a second class passanger who is just pushed into seat which happen to be FREE!!! Please Thomsons change the way things are done and advertised OPEN SEATING should mean just that not priority for some. I would like to comment on the fantastic young entertainment team the best we have seen on any cruise.
