The Ship is excellent ,as is the service,the only complaint that I have is that each passenger has to pay $11.a day for tips.This worked out at over £200 for a 7 day cruise,more than we spent on drinks etc.I am seriously considering not going again on Cunard as this is excessive and we gave tips on top of this.There should be a way of opting out of the graturities.
